Our store is based in Greece.

When you receive your item and you wish to return it for any reason, you must contact us within 3 days after the arrival of your order. We will then give you our shipping address, and once we receive your order we will issue you a refund for the price of the product

(The buyer will be charged for the postage costs).

We always ship within 24 hours after your order is placed. If you would like to cancel your order you can contact us, and if we have not yet shipped your order we will cancel it for you.

That’s it! Your laurelnymph.com username and password is generated for you. Check your email to retrieve them. Sometimes for unknown reasons the registration email may end up in your junk folder, so check there too. So check there too.

To track your shipment login and in the dashboard click one of the two “Orders” buttons.

Then click “VIEW” for the order you want to track.
